The Customer Success Meetup is one of the gatherings organized by Founders Founders.

The goal of these meetups is to facilitate the up-skilling of people by sharing and discussing their daily work problems in a community.

Everyone is invited to share their current challenges to receive tips, problem-solving ideas, and feedback from their colleagues.

This edition is focused on Success Methodologies and count with the moderation of Maristela Leão, customer success manager at eSolidar and Luis Barbosa, customer success manager at Infraspeak.
We will address why it´s essential to develop success methodologies and how you can build one.
